FAQ and CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Will i get a demo class before i commit for full time tuition?

A - Yes, Once we have identified a perfect home tutor for you or your kid that matches your tuition requirement, we will arrange a one-day free demo session with the tutor at your preferred location. If you like the demo session and if you want to continue with the same tutor than we will collect the first-month tuition fee in advance. In case, If you do not like the demo session, we will arrange a new tutor for you.

2. Do i need to pay the tuition fee in advance?

We take first month tuition fee in advance and the tutor is paid after the monthly sessions are over. We will issue the receipt of the fee payment to you as well as to the tutor. This brings us a commitment from both sides. We do not support or encourage any direct payment to tutor, as that could lead to a potential fraud and we do not take any responsibility for such payments. (This is only for the first month fee payment.)

3. Is my money safe?

Yes, the fee paid by you is safe and secure with us. We will issue the receipt of the fee payment to you as well as to the tutor.

4. What if i do not like the trial class?

In case, if you do not like the trial class, we will arrange a new home tutor for you that matches your tuition requirement.

5.What is the payment mode for tuition fee?

The payment method for tuition fee is online.

6. How can i make the payment of initial month tuition fee?

Initial month fee can be paid using 3 ways:

You can pay the fee online on our website here using the secure payment gateway. You can come, visit our office and submit the fee offline. We can send our collection officer at your place to collect the fee from you.

7. I'm already enrolled, but I'm unable to attend classes this quarter. What do I do?

If it's before the first day of instruction, you should cancel your registration. Submit the Withdrawal Petition, which includes directions for submission to the Academy.

8. Why do I not always see a full course fee credit on my fees account when I withdraw from a course?

If you withdraw from individual courses that have a minimum duration of one semester, any fee reduction is dependent upon the date of withdrawal. Details can be obtained from the Fees Office.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY


All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy: If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
